On offer is a beautiful Tudor Oyster Prince 7964 Big Rose from 1972, the end of the line for this dial configuration. In 1968 Tudor switched from the Rose to the Shield logo, but the “Big Rose” model carried on into the early 70’s. This particular watch is in very good condition retaining sharp lines and crisp lug ends. The Big Rose model does not have lume on the dial or hands and was positioned as more of a dress watch in the era, but now has become a sought after vintage piece by collectors.
