Shipping

Shipping will occur within 48 hours of cleared payment.  We ship all watches 2nd Day Air to locations in the United State and Puerto Rico, a signature is required.  All straps and accessories will be shipped using USPS priority mail. Tracking numbers will provided via email once your package is shipped. We appreciate your business and aim to ease your wait time by shipping your product as fast as possible.

Returns

We do not accept returns on watches or straps unless otherwise specified in writing.  If an item is not received in working or advertised condition we will work with you to resolve the matter in as fair a way as possible. All other items, such as knives and tools are subject to manufacturer warranty and carry a 5 day return policy in unused, unaltered condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping of any item.  Please contact us with any issues or concerns as customer satisfaction is of the highest priority at Hoursmiths.
