On offer is a beautiful Swiss Tourbillon by Joseph Chevalier, limited to 150 pieces, this being number 9. Joseph Chevalier was renowned Master watchmaker in the 17 hundreds, known for making handmade chain driven watches. The watch company was revived by a German watchmaker Michael Harer in the 1990’s and started producing high quality watches in 2001 with Joseph Chevalier line leading off with this Limited Edition Swiss Tourbillon Calendar. Featuring a Swiss in-house Tourbillon movement which used less parts than a standard versions with the hopes of making such a complication more affordable. This is affordable entry into the world of hand-finished Swiss Tourbillons and that is not a phase you’ll hear often.
